B-06 HOW CAN GOKU TURN INTO A WERE-MONKEY?

Goku is a Saiyajin, and all Saiyajins have the ability to turn into a were-monkey, provides that the said Saiyajin has a tail, and that there is a full moon.

We were lucky enough to get Prince Vegeta to give us the official and scientific explaination:

There are many planets in the universe that have moons, but for some unknown reason, regardless of the size of the moon, only a full moon can produce more than 17,000,000 unites of Buruz wave."
