A-03 WHY ARE THERE SO MANY DIFFERENT SPELLINGS FOR THE CHARACTERS?

Because the names were in Japanese, there's not really any right or wrong spellings using the roman alphabet. There are four or five commonly accepted ways to romanize Japanese, so it's not really worthwhile to argue over spelling as long as we know who we're talking about.
